Haloumi and Lentil Salad

Preparing some plant-based meals each week can be a nice change to eating meat all the time. Chocolate and Almond Protein Balls

A recipe from our dietitian Elda Pinto! A simple snack idea to help fuel you through the day. Keep the size small when rolling the protein balls. Remember these are meant as a snack- so practice portion control- one will do! Once refrigerated these can keep for a couple of weeks.
